I didn’t want to give in to by honest…when I saw this sponge goes for a whopping $20 (plus an additional $15 for the cleanser!) I wrote it off for a long time. I finally gave in (or J pulled me in after hearing my talk about it every time I dragged him into Sephora) and I have to say…I get it. I’m a total believer! Just make sure to always use it damp and it will become your new best friend!
I’m always looking for new concealers to try. I have some crazy dark circles and the occasional blemish to cover, so concealer is something I never go without. This rich and super creamy formula took some getting used to, but now that I am it’s been really working for me! It’s definitely not for everyone though, I’d say dry skin type is best and always set with powder.
My absolute go-to for a nude lip these days is MAC’s lip liner in Nice N’ Spicy and this lipstick in Midimauve. Perfection!
This was a shot in the dark for me, I had never heard of this product until I stumbled upon it at Sephora, and I’m so glad I did. The color is so pigmented and beautiful, a perfect highlight for the inner corner of my eyes or all over the lid for a gorgeous shimmer effect.
My tried and true, my all time favorite mascara. I will always be faithful!
Another experimental product, also best for dry skin. It is extremely thin and runny so a little goes a loooong way. Once I figured out how best to wear it, it has been a great, long wearing foundation! Plus I love when foundations have SPF to give that extra protection.
I foresee a drawer full of bite lip products in my future. The color is fantastic, the formula is so creamy and comfortable on my lips, and these little minis are so easy to just have on hand whenever I need them!
This was another product that I drooled over every time I walked into Sephora. It is a pricey one, and not something I would have gotten myself, so I was so surprised when J got it for me after a particularly good Fantasy Football season 🙂This was another gift, (for Christmas from J’s parents!) and something that I had been lusting after for quite some time. This picture doesn’t even do it justice, it’s insanely beautiful. Another product that can be worn different ways, either individually, or you can run your brush horizontally across all of them for an extra pop of shimmer.
What are some of your go-to products lately? I love hearing about other favorites to keep in mind the next time I browse the makeup counter 🙂
